Book Review: Whoops Pregnancies

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE BOOK'S PAGE ON AMAZON.

BACK COVER BLURB

It can happen to any sexually active woman. It can happen in countless ways, many of which you can't even imagine.

Five women very different from one another are accidentally impregnated. Each of them under different circumstances. With each of them dealing with it in a different way.

So, at the end of the day, is there life after an accidental pregnancy? Well, read this novella and judge for yourselves.

The second book of my 'In Parallel' series. Predictably, the recipe is the same as in the first book: Short stories about different people are intercut with one another throughout the novella sized book, having an element in common.

This time, the characteristic the stories of the book share is the following: All of them are about women who somehow end up pregnant without having planned it.

Now I know most of you will go like, 'Serves them right; they should have been more careful.'

But, believe me, fellows, an unexpected pregnancy can happen in more ways than you can imagine. And, although I don't believe in that Internet story about that teenage boy who ejaculated in a pool and got 16 classmates of his pregnant, there are many ludicrous ways out there that can lead you into changing diapers when you originally dreamt of doing something totally different in your life!

It can happen to you too! So read this book in order to know what to avoid and also because I need your money.

And now, an overview of the chicks that get an 'oops' in my book. (MILD SPOILERS ALERT FROM NOW ON.)

-Pearl: A 20 something careerist who just spends her days enjoying life. And men. Lots of men! Until she gets pregnant by one of them. Which one? Well, it's either David or Larry, two colleagues of hers she has a threesome with.

-Stevie: 20 something too. In other respects, she is almost the polar opposite of Stevie. A good, properly raised Christian girl patiently waiting for the wedding to give her V card to her fiance, Dan, a successful young man who, at least theoretically, seems to have all qualities that make a good husband. And yet, she ends up pregnant. (Yeah, Virgin Mary is not the only virgin who can pull off miracles like this one!) To make matters worse, the father isn't her fiance.

-Kim: Remember that story about a porn star who got accidentally pregnant while filming a sex scene? (If you have never heard of that story, the chick's name is Alana Evans and THIS is the scene which allegedly did the trick. I think it's worth watching it!😉) Well, I was like, 'Why not include such a scenario too in my book?' Kim is a porn star who gets her 'oops' baby exactly in that manner!

-Christine: A middle aged professor that had her menopause a while ago. She thought that that was enough to protect her. Little did she know (as most middle aged women) that one can get an 'oops' even several years after that annoying thing called period stops occurring. Now how is she supposed to tell her young student that she's expecting his child?

-Chloe: A teenage girl who lives in a rural area somewhere during the 50s. Ready to go at it like a rabbit, anytime, anywhere. Good luck finding out who the father is!

A noteworthy fact is that, though not all stories above end in the same way, though I tried to show that an accidental pregnancy can go in various ways, none of the five heroines has an abortion in the end. I know that feminists are glaring at me right now! Well, sorry, dears, but I'm strictly pro life and I could never promote, through my books, the moral that abortion is ok.

If you can forgive my pro life policy, buy this book and have a good time reading it.
